If during the Lease Term all or any portion of an item of Equipment shall become lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged beyond repair or rendered permanently unfit for use for any reason, or in the event of any condemnation, confiscation, theft or seizure or requisition of title to or use of such item, Lessee shall immediately pay to Lessor an amount equal to the Stipulated Loss Value of such item of Equipment, as of the next following Rental Payment Date.
The Prepayment Price on each Rental Payment Date shall be the amount set forth for such Rental Payment Date in the “Prepayment Price” column of the Rental Payment Schedule attached to this Schedule.
