Lease Vehicle definition

Lease Vehicle means the Vehicle that is provided under the Lease.
Lease Vehicle means a motor vehicle leased without a driver and under a written agreement to one person for a period of 12 months or longer or to one or more persons from time to time for a period of less than 12 months.
Lease Vehicle means a motor vehicle acquired through contract for the use in terms of FMLA for a term not exceeding five (5) years with an aim to own or not

Examples of Lease Vehicle in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to any Lease Vehicle that experiences more than one Vehicle Term pursuant to this Agreement, each such Vehicle Term with respect to such Lease Vehicle will be treated as an independent Vehicle Term for all purposes hereunder.

  • Any improvements or additions to any Lease Vehicles shall become and remain the property of the Lessor, except that any addition to any Lease Vehicle made by any Lessee shall remain the property of such Lessee if such addition can be disconnected from such Lease Vehicle without impairing the functioning of such Lease Vehicle or its resale value, excluding such addition.

  • From time to time, a particular Lessee (the “Transferor Lessee”) may desire to cease leasing a Lease Vehicle hereunder and another Lessee (the “Transferee Lessee”) may desire to commence leasing such Lease Vehicle hereunder.

  • On the Disposition Date with respect to each Lease Vehicle that suffers a Casualty or becomes an Ineligible Vehicle, (i) the Lessor shall cause title to such Lease Vehicle to be transferred to or at the direction of the Lessee of such Lease Vehicle and (ii) such Lessee shall be entitled to any physical damage insurance proceeds applicable to such Lease Vehicle.

  • Each Lessee agrees that upon such a transfer of any Lease Vehicle from one Lessee to another Lessee pursuant to this Agreement, such Transferor Lessee relinquishes all rights that it has in such Lease Vehicle pursuant to this Agreement.

  • With respect to any Lease Vehicle to be leased by any Lessee hereunder, such Lessee shall pay to or at the direction of the Lessor all applicable costs and expenses of freight, packing, handling, storage, shipment and delivery of such Lease Vehicle and all sales and use tax (if any) to the extent that the same have not been included in the Capitalized Cost of such Lease Vehicle, as such inclusion or exclusion has been reasonably determined by the Servicer.

  • Each Lessee agrees to possess, operate and maintain each Lease Vehicle leased to it in a manner consistent with how such Lessee would possess, operate and maintain such Vehicle were such Lessee the beneficial owner of such Lease Vehicle.

  • Each Lease Vehicle is or will be, as the case may be, on the applicable Vehicle Lease Commencement Date, an Eligible Vehicle or in the case of any Credit Vehicle will be an Eligible Vehicle following payment of the purchase price in respect thereof.

  • With respect to any Payment Date and any Lease Vehicle with respect to which the Disposition Date occurred during such Related Month, the “Final Base Rent” with respect to any such Lease Vehicle for such Payment Date shall be an amount equal to the pro rata portion (based upon the number of days in such Related Month that were included in the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle) of the Depreciation Charge for such Lease Vehicle as of such Disposition Date, calculated on a 30/360 day basis.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the execution and/or delivery of and/or performance under any Affiliate Joinder in Lease, Lease Vehicle Acquisition Schedule or Intra-Lease Lessee Transfer Schedule shall not constitute a waiver, alteration, modification, supplement or termination to or of this Agreement.

Related to Lease Vehicle

  • base vehicle means any vehicle which is used at the initial stage of a multi-stage type-approval process;

  • the vehicle means the vehicle named in the licence.

  • Salvage vehicle means any vehicle which is within the last ten (10) model years and which has been damaged by collision or other occurrence to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation on the highway exceeds sixty percent (60%) of its fair market value, as defined by Section 1111 of this title, immediately prior to the damage. For purposes of this section, actual repair costs shall only include labor and parts for actual damage to the suspension, motor, transmission, frame or unibody and designated structural components;

  • Junk vehicle means a vehicle of any age that is damaged or defective in any one or combination of any of the following ways that either makes the vehicle immediately inoperable, or would prohibit the vehicle from being operated in a reasonably safe manner upon the public streets and highways under its own power if self-propelled, or while being towed or pushed, if not self-propelled:

  • Tank vehicle means a commercial motor vehicle that is designed to transport any liquid or gaseous materials within a tank or tanks having an individual rated capacity of more than one hundred nineteen gallons and an aggregate rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is either permanently or temporarily attached to the vehicle or chassis. A commercial motor vehicle transporting an empty storage container tank not designed for transportation with a rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is temporarily attached to a flatbed trailer is not considered a tank vehicle.

  • Light vehicle means a motor vehicle commonly referred to as an automobile, van, sport utility

  • Subject Vehicle means the vehicle being tested.

  • Eligible Vehicle means a Vehicle (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, a Service Vehicle) in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy or France (as applicable):

  • Rental Vehicle means any single automobile owned and operated by a car rental company or agency that is hired under a short term contract UNLESS it is:

  • complete vehicle means any vehicle which need not be completed in order to meet the relevant technical requirements of this Directive;

  • Rebuilt vehicle means any salvage vehicle which has been rebuilt and inspected for the purpose of registration and title;

  • goods vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description or a trailer so constructed or adapted;

  • Fleet Vehicle means one of a large group of New Vehicles sold to a Person (e.g., a rental car agency) which purchases in excess of ten (10) Vehicles per purchase contract for commercial use.

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Leased Vehicle means a new or used Nissan or Infiniti automobile, sport utility vehicle, minivan or light-duty truck, together with all accessories, parts and additions constituting a part thereof, and all accessions thereto, leased to a Lessee pursuant to a Lease.

  • School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.

  • Utility vehicle means a motor vehicle that is (i) designed for off-road use, (ii) powered by an

  • Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that can run part-time on two different fuels and is designed to run on only one fuel at a time;

  • Exotic Vehicle means antique cars that are over 20 years old or have not been manufactured for 10 or more years or any vehicle with an original manufacturer’s suggested retail price greater than $50,000.

  • Heavy Vehicle has the meaning given to it in the HNVL.

  • Matured Vehicle as of any date means any Leased Vehicle the related Lease of which has reached its Maturity Date or has been terminated in connection with a Lessee Initiated Early Termination (and the Lessee is not in default under such Lease) or in connection with a Casualty Termination, which Leased Vehicle has been returned to the Servicer on behalf of the Titling Trust, if applicable.

  • incomplete vehicle means any vehicle which must undergo at least one further stage of completion in order to meet the relevant technical requirements of this Directive;

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.
