Accretion Termination Date definition

Accretion Termination Date. As defined in the Series Supplement.

Accretion Termination Date. The earlier to occur of (i) the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class I-A-1 Certificates has been reduced to zero and (ii) the Credit Support Depletion Date. Accrual Certificates: The Class I-A-5 Certificates.

Accretion Termination Date. The earlier to occur of (i) the Distribution Date following the Distribution Date on which the Principal Balances of the Class A-12, Class A-13, Class A-14, Class A-15 and Class A-16 Certificates have been reduced to zero or (ii) the Subordination Depletion Date.
