Maintenance Reserve Amount means, in respect of any calendar month, an amount equal to the higher of:

Maintenance Reserve Amount means with respect to Airplanes Group, collectively, an amount initially equal to $80,000,000.1 The Maintenance Reserve Amount (a) may be increased or decreased from time to time by the Boards of the Issuer and the Guarantor for any reason and (b) may be decreased from time to time, subject to approval of the Boards of the Issuer and the Guarantor; provided that any such reduction therein shall be subject to prior written notification to the Rating Agency ConfirmationAgencies.
