Examples of Professional Fee Reserve Amount in a sentence
Any Cash remaining after facilitating all distributions pursuant to the Plan or any other order of the Bankruptcy Court (including, for the avoidance of doubt, amounts distributed on account of the Professional Fee Reserve Amount and the Wind-Down Amount) shall be paid to Holders of Allowed First Lien Claims on a Pro Rata basis until such time as Holders of Allowed First Lien Claims have been paid in full.
The total amount so estimated as of the Effective Date shall comprise the Professional Fee Reserve Amount; provided that the Reorganized Debtors shall use Cash on hand to increase the amount of the Professional Fee Escrow Account to the extent fee applications are Filed after the Effective Date in excess of the amount held in the Professional Fee Escrow Account based on such estimates.
No later than the Effective Date, the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, shall establish and fund the Professional Fee Escrow Account with Cash equal to the Professional Fee Reserve Amount.
