Carryover Reserve Fund definition

Carryover Reserve Fund. The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.08 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2001-3". Funds in the Carryover Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Carryover Reserve Fund. The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the LIBOR Certificates and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered holders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-HY9, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HY9." Funds in the Carryover Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Holders of the LIBOR Certificates for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.

Certificate: Any one of the certificates issued by the Trust Fund and executed by the Trustee in substantially the forms attached as exhibits.

Examples of Carryover Reserve Fund in a sentence

  • The Carryover Reserve Fund shall be an Eligible Account, and funds on deposit therein shall be held separate and apart from, and shall not be commingled with, any other moneys, including without limitation, other moneys held by the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement.

  • No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Certificate Account, the Distribution Account, the Carryover Reserve Fund or the related subservicing account.
