Local Incentive Schemes definition

Local Incentive Schemes means an incentive scheme developed by the CCG in the exercise of its Delegated Functions including (without limitation) as an alternative to QOF;
Local Incentive Schemes means an incentive scheme developed by the ICB in the exercise of its Delegated Functions to extend the range or quality of essential and additional services provided under a Primary Medical Services Contract and support national frameworks in order to meet differing local population needs; Local Pharmaceutical Services Contract means - a contract entered into pursuant to section 134 of the NHS Act; or - a contract entered into pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12 to the NHS Act;
