Equity Award definition

Equity Award means any option, restricted stock award, restricted stock unit award, stock appreciation right or other equity award to acquire shares of the Company’s common stock granted or issued to the Executive.
Equity Award means all incentive stock options, non-statutory stock options, shares of restricted stock, restricted stock units or other incentive equity awards in respect of shares of the Company’s equity securities that have been or will be granted to you by the Company.
Equity Award means any Option, SAR, Stock Award, or Performance Award (other than a Performance Award denominated in cash) granted to a Participant under the Plan.

  • Further, Founder will have no Put Right pursuant to this Agreement with respect to any share of Class A Common Stock that is acquired by Founder following the Effective Date other than as a result of the exercise, vesting, and/or settlement of a Founder Equity Award, or with respect to any portion of a Founder Equity Award that is subject to a constructive trust.

Equity Award means stock options, stock awards, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, or other awards based on or derived from the Stock which are authorized under the 2011 Incentive Plan for award to Non-Employee Directors.
