Incentive Scheme definition

Incentive Scheme means the incentive scheme offered by SDSPL as specified in Annexure B-2 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Incentive Scheme

Incentive Scheme means the incentive scheme offered by KMSPL as specified in Annexure B-2 and Annexure B-4 of this Agreement.

Incentive Scheme. Incentive Scheme shall mean various Incentive(s) as detailed in ANNEXURE IV for “Incentive on MRP of A-xx- Xxxxx and Bouquet(s) of Pay Zee Group Channel(s). The applicable Incentive(s) shall be calculated as per details provided by HITS Operator in the format(s) specified by ZEEL in ANNEXURE VI.

Incentive Scheme means the discount(s) offered by Broadcaster to Affiliate on ala- carte MRP of the Channel(s) and/or on the MRP of the Subscribed Bouquet(s), as are set out in Schedule D of this Agreement, subject to Affiliate complying with all the terms and conditions of the selected Incentive Plan(s) to qualify for the applicable discount(s); 1.21 “Intellectual Property" shall mean and include, without limitation: (i) all rights, title and interest in the programming on the Channels; (ii) the Channel Marks and all trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, materials, formats, and concepts relating to the Channels;and(iii) any trademarks, trade names, logos, names, titles of the rights holders of any programming exhibited on the Channels;

Incentive Scheme means any scheme which may be adopted by the Manager from time to time pursuant to Clause 8.1.6 for the purpose of providing equity or equity-linked incentives to management, executives and/ or employees of the Manager or any Special Purpose Vehicle (provided that such Special Purpose Vehicle is wholly-owned by the Trustee) or to other specified participants, whether such incentives are in the form of options over Units or otherwise;”;
