Incentive Scheme definition

Incentive Scheme means the incentive scheme offered by KMSPL as specified in Annexure B-2 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Incentive Scheme

Incentive Scheme means the discount(s) offered by Broadcaster to Affiliate on ala- carte MRP of the Channel(s) and/or on the MRP of the Subscribed Bouquet(s), as are set out in Schedule D of this Agreement, subject to Affiliate complying with all the terms and conditions of the selected Incentive Plan(s) to qualify for the applicable discount(s);
Incentive Scheme means any scheme which may be adopted by the REIT Manager from time to time pursuant to Clause 5.1.11 for the purpose of providing equity or equity-linked incentives to management, executives and/or employees of the REIT Manager or any Special Purpose Vehicle (provided that such Special Purpose Vehicle is owned and controlled by the Trust) or to other specified participants, whether such incentives are in the form of options over Units or otherwise;”; and
