Management Incentive Plan definition

Management Incentive Plan means the Company’s bonus program, as implemented by the Company’s board of directors from time to time and pursuant to which the Executive may receive incentive-based compensation at fiscal year end.
Management Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in the Plan.
Management Incentive Plan means the management incentive plan which shall be implemented by the Reorganized Debtors on the terms set forth in the Management Incentive Plan Term Sheet attached as Exhibit 4 to the Restructuring Term Sheet.

More Definitions of Management Incentive Plan

Management Incentive Plan means a post-emergence equity-based management incentive plan to be determined by the New Board in its discretion, under which up to ten percent (10%) of the New Common Interests outstanding on a fully diluted basis issued on the Effective Date may be issued to members of the Reorganized Debtors’ management on the terms described in section 5.19 of the Plan.
