Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.
Licensing agency means the Rhode Island Department of Health.
Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
CIPC means the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, formerly known as CIPRO, the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office.

Licensing Agreement means a commercial agreement between a design approval holder and a production approval holder (or applicant) formalizing the rights and duties of both parties to use the design data for the purpose of manufacturing the product or article.
Licensing board means a party state's regulatory body responsible for issuing nurse licenses.
the Licensee means the person(s) named in the licence.
Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
Subfranchisor means a person who is granted a master franchise.
Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.
Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;
Franchisor means a person who grants a franchise or master franchise, or an affiliate of such a person. Franchisor includes a subfranchisor with regard to its relationship with a franchisee, unless stated otherwise in this section.
Licensing authority means the department or division within each participating state which is authorized by law to issue or approve licenses or permits to hunt, fish, trap, or possess wildlife.
