Licensed Method definition

Licensed Method means any method that uses Technology, or that is claimed in Patent Rights (as defined below), the use of which would constitute, but for the license granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement, an infringement, an inducement to infringe or contributory infringement, of any pending or issued claim within Patent Rights.
Licensed Method means any process or method the use or practice of which, but for the license pursuant to this AGREEMENT, would infringe, or contribute to or induce the infringement of, any VALID CLAIM under REGENTS' PATENT RIGHTS in that country in which the LICENSED METHOD is used or practiced.
Licensed Method means any method, procedure, process or other subject matter, the practice, manufacture, use, or sale of which is Covered By any claim or claims included within the Patent Rights.

  • The Licensee shall manufacture Licensed Products and practice the Licensed Method in compliance with applicable government importation laws and regulations of a particular country for Licensed Products made outside the particular country in which such Licensed Products are used, Sold or otherwise exploited.

More Definitions of Licensed Method

Licensed Method means any process, art or method the use or practice of which, but for the license granted in this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to, or induce the infringement of, any Patent Rights in any country were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.
Licensed Method means any method that is covered by Regents' Patent Rights or Regents' Technology Rights, the use of which would constitute, but for the license granted to the Licensee pursuant to this Agreement, an infringement of any claim within Regents' Patent Rights or a misuse of Regents' Technology Rights.
Licensed Method means any process, art or method the use or practice of which, in any given country, but for the license granted in this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to, or induce the infringement of, any of the Patent Rights were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.
Licensed Method means any process or method the use or practice of which, (a) but for the license granted pursuant to this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to or induce the infringement of, a Valid Claim of any issued, unexpired patent under Patent Rights, or (b) is covered by a claim in a pending patent application under Patent Rights. As used in Subparagraph (b) of this Paragraph 1.3, “covered by a claim in a pending patent application” means that such use or practice would, but for the license granted pursuant to this Agreement, constitute infringement, contributory infringement, or inducement of infringement, of such claim if such claim were issued.
Licensed Method means any process or method whose use or practice would constitute an infringement of any Valid Claim within Regents' Patent Rights.
