License Areas definition

License Areas shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in any such Agreement Addendum.
License Areas has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(a).
License Areas means the city rights-of-way or city owned property in which ExteNet is authorized to construct and install Network Facilities, such portions being described on Exhibits “A”, “B”, and “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes allowed by law and for which work a permit has been obtained by ExteNet from the City and requisite other agencies.

Examples of License Areas in a sentence

  • The License granted herein is subject and subordinate to all ground and underlying leases affecting the real property of which the License Areas form a part and to all mortgages which may now or hereafter affect such leases or such real property.

  • The parties recognize that this License Agreement may not be dispositive of all matters and issues that may arise during the License Period with respect to the License Areas.

  • Licensee shall pay a license fee for the License Areas at rates, in the manner, and on the dates as Licensor shall determine from time to time (the “License Fee”).

  • All property belonging to the waiving party or any occupant of the License Areas or the Premises, as the case may be, shall be there at the risk of the waiving party or such other occupant only, and the other party shall not be liable for damage thereto or theft or misappropriation thereof.

  • Licensee, throughout the License Period, shall take good care of the License Areas and the fixtures and appurtenances therein as required of the tenant pursuant to the terms of the related Leases.

  • As to the period from and after the Commencement Date, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, each party hereto waives all claims against the other party, its agents and employees for damage to property sustained by the waiving party resulting from damage to the License Areas or the Premises, as the case may be, its fixtures or any of the waiving party’s personal property, or resulting directly or indirectly from any act or omission of the other party.

  • Tenant hereby waives and releases the Landlord Parties from any Claims Tenant may have at any time (including but not limited to Claims relating to interruptions in services) arising out of or relating in any way to the installation, operation, use, maintenance, and/or removal of the Supplemental Equipment and/or use of the License Areas.

  • Licensee, throughout the License Period, shall take good care of the License Areas and the fixtures and appurtenances therein and shall not permit any waste, misuse of, or negligent damage to the License Areas.

  • Licensor shall perform any maintenance and repairs to the Buildings, including the License Areas.

  • Licensee shall not make or suffer to be made any alterations, additions, or improvements in, on, or to the License Areas or any part thereof without first obtaining the prior consent of Licensor, which consent may be withheld in its sole discretion.


More Definitions of License Areas

License Areas means the square kilometer areas as set forth and as further described in the map(s) attached to this Agreement in Schedule "A";
License Areas or “Floating Commercial Unit” means a structure, incorporating a floatation system or a convertedvessel that can accommodate a commercial use permitted under the Applicable Laws.
License Areas means the area at the Facility designated by GVHA for the primary use, but not the exclusive use, of the Licensee and shown and marked on the plans attached hereto as Schedule B.

Related to License Areas

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Licensee Improvements means Improvements created, conceived, or reduced to practice by or for Licensee.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Licensed Area means the area in which the Licensee is authorised to

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • licence area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a licence;

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.

  • Licensed Use means the Licensor’s permitted use of the Licensed Data under the PSGA Member Licence. Login Details means the unique identifiers assigned to the Licensor when it entered into the PSGA Member Licence enabling access to the On-Line Ordering Service. On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website. OS means Ordnance Survey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09121572) whose registered address is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, XXXXXXXXXXX, XX00 0XX. OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.

  • CONE Area means the areas listed in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a)(iv)(A) and any LDAs established as CONE Areas pursuant to Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a)(iv)(B).

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Contributory drainage area means the area from which stormwater runoff drains to a stormwater management measure, not including the area of the stormwater management measure itself.
