Lessee's Agents definition

Lessee's Agents means Lessee's agents, representatives, employees, contractors, subcontractors, directors, officers, partners, invitees or any other person in or about the Premises.
Lessee's Agents means Lessee’s employees, agents and contractors.
Lessee's Agents means, collectively, all subcontractors, laborers, materialmen, and suppliers used by Lessee in the construction of the Lessee Improvements and the Contractor. Lessor shall have the right to approve (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) the subcontractors retained by Lessee and/or the Contractor for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, life-safety, HVAC or other integrated utility system work in the Premises as a part of the Lessee Improvements.

  • Neither Lessee nor Lessee's Agents shall at any time use more parking spaces than the number so allocated to Lessee or park or permit the parking of their vehicles in any portion of the Parcel not designated by Lessor as a non-exclusive parking area.

  • The parking areas shall not be used by Lessee or Lessee's Agents for any purpose other than the parking of motor vehicles and the ingress and egress of pedestrians and motor vehicles.

  • Such insurance shall name Lessor and, at Lessor's request, Lessor's mortgagee, each as an additional insured, and shall provide that Lessor and any such mortgagee, although an additional insured, may recover for any loss suffered by Lessor or Lessor's agents by reason of Lessee's or Lessee's Agent's negligence.

Lessee's Agents means every agent, employee, licensee, contractor and invitee of the Lessee.

Lessee's Agents means each of the Lessee’s agents contractors officers employees subtenants invitees and other persons claiming through or under the Lessee;
Lessee's Agents shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit J.
Lessee's Agents means each and every of the Lessee’s agents, contractors, employees, invitees, licensees, sub-contractors, sub-lessees and other persons claiming through or under the Lessee. Lessee’s Equipment means the fixtures, fittings, furnishings, plant and equipment and other items at any time (whether before or after the commencement of the Term) installed in or brought onto any part of the Complex by or on behalf of the Lessee, the Lessee’s Agents or the Lessee’s Predecessors (and, where the context permits, includes any part of them).

  • Lessor means a person who transfers the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessor.
