Junior Trust Estate definition

Junior Trust Estate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Junior Trust Estate has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Lien” means, with respect to any asset (a) any mortgage, deed of trust, deed to secure debt, lien (statutory or otherwise), pledge, hypothecation, encumbrance, restriction, collateral assignment, charge or security interest in, on or of such asset; (b) the interest of a vendor or a lessor under any conditional sale agreement, capital lease or title retention agreement (or any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing) relating to such asset, and (c) in the case of Equity Interests or debt securities, any purchase option, call or similar right of a third party with respect to such Equity Interests or debt securities.   • Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of this Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including, without limitation, all property and interests Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Indenture Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including all Collateral Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Note A-4 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-4 PSA.

  • Collateral Trust Agreement means that certain Collateral Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among Collateral Trustee and Lenders, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Trust Funds means, in the aggregate, all of the Funds and Accounts.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.

  • Trust Fund The trust fund established by the Trust Agreement, the assets of which consist of the Mortgage Loans and any other assets as set forth therein. Trustee: U.S. Bank National Association, or any successor in interest, or if any successor trustee or co-trustee shall be appointed as provided in the Trust Agreement, then such successor trustee or such co-trustee, as the case may be.

  • Residual Interests As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Residual Interest The sole class of "residual interests" in a REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(2) of the Code.
