Residual Interests definition

Residual Interests. As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Residual Interests means 1 or more of the following as provided in any sale agreement:
Residual Interests means any residual, subordinated, reserve accounts and retained ownership interest held by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer in Securitization Entities, Warehouse Facility Trusts and/or MSR Facility Trusts, regardless of whether required to appear on the face of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

More Definitions of Residual Interests

Residual Interests means any residual, subordinated, reserve accounts and retained ownership interest held by the Borrower or a Subsidiary in Securitization Entities, Warehouse Facility Trusts and/or MSR Facility Trusts acquired or created after the date hereof, regardless of whether required to appear on the face of the Consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Residual Interests means any residual, subordinated, reserve accounts and retained ownership interest held by the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary in Securitization Assets, Securitization Entities, Warehouse Facility Trusts and/or MSR Facility Trusts, regardless of whether required to appear on the face of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
