Securitization Trust definition

Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which one or more of the Notes are held.
Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which Note X-0, Xxxx X-0, Xxxx X-0 or Note A-4 is held.
Securitization Trust means the Lead Securitization Trust or any trust formed in connection with the Securitization of any Non-Standalone Note, as the context may require.
