Lead Securitization Trust definition
Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.
Lead Securitization Trust means the trust established under the Note A-1 PSA.
Lead Securitization Trust means during the period from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the Note A-1 PSA in connection with the Note A-1 Securitization.

More Definitions of Lead Securitization Trust
Lead Securitization Trust means (a) during the period from and after the LC25 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the LC25 PSA in connection with the LC25 Securitization and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the Note A-1 PSA.
Lead Securitization Trust means the trust established under the Note A-1 Securitization, provided that if the Note A-1 Securitization is not the First Securitization, (a) during the period from and after the First Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the First Securitization PSA in connection with the First Securitization and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the Note A-1 PSA.
