No salary shall be paid to any Shareholder in his capacity as a Shareholder, nor shall any Shareholder have a drawing account or earn interest on its Percentage Interest of the Trust Estate.
Upon the dissolution of the Trust, the Cayman Trustee (or in the event there is no Cayman Trustee, such person (the “Liquidating Trustee”) as the majority in interest of the Shareholders may propose and approve and who agrees to serve hereunder) shall take full charge of the Trust Estate.
