Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Agents are hereby expressly authorized by the Lenders to execute any and all documents (including releases and documents pursuant to the Collateral Trust Agreement and the other Security Documents) with respect to the Collateral and the rights of the Secured Parties with respect thereto.

On the Amendment and Restatement Effective Date, the Existing Vehicle Collateral Trust Agreement shall be amended and restated in its entirety by this Agreement, and the Existing Vehicle Collateral Trust Agreement shall thereafter be and shall be deemed replaced and superseded in all respects by this Agreement.
