This Agreement, together with the Plan and the Liquidation Trust Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement of the Member with respect to the subject matter hereof.
After distribution of the cash and Plan Funding Shares delivered to the Liquidation Trust, the Liquidation Trust shall be dissolved and its affairs terminated as provided for in the Liquidation Trust Agreement.
