Joint Lead Managers means, together, (i) the Joint Lead Managers for the Hong Kong Branch USD Notes, (ii) the Joint Lead Managers for the HKD Notes, (iii) the Joint Lead Managers for the EUR Notes,
Joint Lead Managers has the meaning given to such term in the Subscription Agreement;
Joint Lead Managers means Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited and Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited.
