Examples of MLPFS in a sentence

• MLPF&S will include in each monthly statement it issues under the WCMA Program information with respect to WCMA Loans and the WCMA Loan Balance.

• In no event shall MLBFS be liable to Customer or any other party for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any act or omission by MLBFS, MLPF&S or any of their affiliates in connection with the WCMA Line of Credit or this Loan Agreement.

• Notwithstanding anything in the WCMA Agreement to the contrary, Customer hereby irrevocably authorizes and directs MLPF&S to apply available free credit balances in the WCMA Account to the repayment of the WCMA Loan Balance prior to application for any other purpose.

• Any questions that Customer may have with respect to such information should be directed to MLBFS; and any questions with respect to any other matter in such statements or about or affecting the WCMA Program should be directed to MLPF&S.
