Joint Committee Member definition

Joint Committee Member means a person appointed to the Joint Committee by a Partner Authority in accordance with paragraph 5.1 of the Constitution;
Joint Committee Member means a member of the Joint Committee appointed in accordance with this Agreement;
Joint Committee Member means the nominated representative of a Party who is a member of the Joint Committee, in accordance with the terms of reference set out in Schedule 3;

Examples of Joint Committee Member in a sentence

  • If (in the event of the absence or non- availability of the Chairman) the Vice-Chairman is not present within five minutes of the time for the commencement of the meeting or does not wish to preside or is unable to do so, the meeting shall point a Joint Committee Member to chair the meeting.

  • Each Council shall be responsible for meeting any expenses to which any Joint Committee Member or officer appointed by it as its representative is entitled as a result of their attendance at duly authorised meetings.

The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.
