IRB Documents definition

IRB Documents means the Trust Indenture dated as of June 1, 1987 between the Decatur County-Bainbridge Industrial Development Authority, as Issuer, and Trust Company Bank, as Trustee, and the other documents and instruments executed and delivered pursuant to, or in connection with, such Trust Indenture, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
IRB Documents as defined in the Holdings Operating Agreement.

  • The Developer and City will execute a recordable release of this Agreement as to each Phase once Final Completion has occurred and the IRB Documents applicable to such Phase have been fully executed.

IRB Documents as defined in Section 10.2.1(l).
IRB Documents means, collectively, the Bond Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Sublease and all agreements, documents or instruments at any time executed and/or delivered by Contract or any other Borrower, Guarantor or other Person with, to or in favor of Bond Issuer or Bond Trustee in connection therewith or related thereto, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
IRB Documents means (x) that certain Loan Agreement between AAR Engine Services, Inc. and Connecticut Development Authority dated as of February 24, 1999 together with all exhibits, schedules, instruments, notes and all other documents and/or agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith, (y) that certain Loan Agreement between Pinellas County Industrial Council and AIR International, Inc. (which has been merged into Manufacturing) dated as of November 1, 1995, together with all exhibits, schedules, instruments, trust indentures, notes and all other documents and/or agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith and (z) all amendments and/or modifications to any of the foregoing (to the extent any such amendment or modification is permitted hereunder).
IRB Documents shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 4.26(b).
IRB Documents means all agreements, instruments and other documents executed in connection with the following Mississippi Business Finance Corporation Industrial Development Revenue Bonds issued by the Borrower: (i) 1994 Series A Bonds issued by the Borrower, with a current principal balance of $4,199,106.50 as of the First Amendment Effective Date, and (ii) 1997 Series A Bonds issued originally by the Borrower (now transferred to Evergy, Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Borrower), and guaranteed by the Borrower, with a current principal balance of $6,605,662.62 as of the First Amendment Effective Date.
IRB Documents means, collectively, the Reimbursement Agreement between Collins and the Lender dated as of April 1, 1999 and the Related Documents.
IRB Documents means all agreements, instruments and other documents executed in connection with the following Industrial Development Revenue Bonds issued by the Borrower: (i) 1997 Series A Corinth Bonds issued by the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation due December 31, 2021, with a current principle balance of $6,405,488.76 as of the Closing Date, (ii) 1997 Series B Corinth Bonds issued by Mississippi Business Finance Corporation due May 1, 2007, with a current principal balance of $5,308,211.81 as of the Closing Date, (iii) Xxxxxxx-Coffee Series 1995 Bonds issued by the Xxxxxxx-Coffee Industrial Authority due December 1, 2010, with a current principal amount of $36,627,976.73 as of Closing Date, (iv) Dunlap Series 1988 Bonds issued by the Industrial Development Board of the City of Xxxxxx, Tennessee due December 31, 2007, with a current principal amount of $7,000,000, (v) 1996 Tupelo MS Series A Supplemental Bonds issued by the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation due August 1, 2006, with a current principal amount of $1,514,650.11, (vi) Shannon XX Xxxxx issued by Xxx County Mississippi due April 1, 2006, with a current principal amount of $48,026,106.21, (vii) Paris TN Evergy Project Bond issued by Industrial Development Board of the City of Paris, Tennessee due December 31, 2014, with a current principal amount of $3,500,000 and (viii) 1994 Series A Tupelo bonds originally issued by the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation due November 17, 2019, with a current principal balance of $4,054,309.81 as of the Closing Date.
