Investee Companies definition

Investee Companies the subsidiaries of the Company and any other companies in which the Company has an interest, short particulars of which are set out in Schedule 4;
Investee Companies means any entity in which the Transferor held debt or equity securities during the period from June 8, 2018 through to the Closing Date, including the entities listed on Schedule A to this Agreement;
Investee Companies means the bodies corporate or other entities (including their Associates) in which Investments have been made directly or indirectly through a holding company by the Partnership;

  • For clarity, the Investee Companies may borrow money or enter into similar transactions.

  • Investments in Investee Companies are high risk investments and are not Readily Realisable Investments.

  • The Manager will seek to realise Investments within a reasonable period after the applicable three year EIS qualifying period but it is anticipated that realisations will only be achieved in respect of Investee Companies three to five years after investment.

Related to Investee Companies

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • The Owner/Company/BPCL means the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, incorporated in India having its registered office at 4 & 6, Currimbhoy Road, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 038 or their successors or assigns

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Bidding Company means a Subsidiary of the Company whose capital is beneficially owned by the Company and any other Person or Persons that are not Affiliates of the Company for the sole purpose of directly or indirectly bidding on construction projects.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

  • Insurance Companies means the companies with whom the Insurance Policies are held.

  • Parent Companies means, collectively, (i) Charter, (ii) Charter Holdings, (iii) Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (iv) CCH II.

  • OASIS means the Open Access Same-Time Information System required by FERC for the posting of market and transmission data on the Internet websites of PJM and NYISO.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • Companies means Borrower and its Subsidiaries; and “Company” shall mean any one of them.
