Internal Operating Procedures Memorandum definition

Internal Operating Procedures Memorandum means the internal operating procedures memorandum prepared by the Trustee as set forth in Exhibit A attached to the Pooling Agreement.

Internal Operating Procedures Memorandum means the internal operating procedures memorandum prepared by the Trustee as set forth in Exhibit D hereto.
