Initial Consents definition

Initial Consents means all licenses, consents, authorizations and approvals that are necessary to allow Contractor and Contractor Agents to: (a) use solely in connection with this Agreement (i) the Contractor Works and Third Party Works, (ii) any assets owned or leased by Contractor or Contractor Agents, and (iii) any Third Party services retained by Contractor and Contractor Agents to provide the Services; and (b) assign to the AOC the Developed Works.

Related to Initial Consents

  • Material Consents as defined in Section 7.3.
