Infrastructure Hardware definition

Infrastructure Hardware means the equipment, goods, and materials to be supplied by Seller for the System infrastructure, as further described in the Statement of Work attached to this Agreement as an exhibit.
Infrastructure Hardware means the peripheral hardware items (such as gateways and bridges) used in conjunction with the Wiliot IoT Pixels, as specified, if applicable, in the Order.
Infrastructure Hardware means certain fixed equipment, goods and materials for the New System Infrastructure which is P25, compliant with Phase 1, and capable of upgrade to Phase 2, that will be provided under the FRA, and for the Upgraded System is P25, compliant with Phase 2.

  • The Supplier shall install the Supplier's Software during the installation of the initial Infrastructure Hardware.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including without limitation your payment of all applicable Fees), we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license, during the terms of this Agreement, to internally access and use the Wiliot Platform in connection with your authorized use of Wiliot IoT Pixels, Infrastructure Hardware, and Wiliot Cloud subscriptions.

  • Unless stated otherwise in an Order, Wiliot IoT Pixels and Infrastructure Hardware will be delivered to you Ex Works (Incoterms 2010) the applicable facility of Wiliot or its fulfillment provider (at which time risk of loss of, or damage to, the Wiliot IoT Pixel or Infrastructure Hardware shall pass to you), and you shall bear all shipping charges and other delivery costs.

  • You shall be solely responsible: (a) for providing all hardware, software, systems, assets, facilities, and ancillary goods and services needed for you to access and use the Wiliot Platform, Wiliot IoT Pixels, and Infrastructure Hardware; and (b) for ensuring their compatibility with the Wiliot Platform, Wiliot IoT Pixels, and Infrastructure Hardware.

  • If you default in payment for Wiliot IoT Pixels and/or Infrastructure Hardware, or if we determine in good faith that you are not financially reliable, we may suspend or withhold further delivery of the Wiliot IoT Pixels or Infrastructure Hardware.

  • Infrastructure Hardware may be shipped directly to Buyer or to a mutually agreed upon staging or storage location.

  • Twenty percent (20%) of the Total Agreement Price (excluding the aggregate price of the Terminal Hardware included in the Total Agreement Price) shall be due at the time of Infrastructure Hardware factory staging as described in the project schedule.

  • This Section (Wiliot IoT Pixels and Infrastructure Hardware) applies if you submit an Order for Wiliot IoT Pixels and/or Infrastructure Hardware.

  • The Buyer shall have the right to inspect and confirm that the Infrastructure Hardware included in Seller’s invoice has been delivered to Buyer.

  • Your use of Wiliot IoT Pixels and/or Infrastructure Hardware shall be subject to whatever usage limitations (such as locations, use cases, etc.) are specified in the Order.

Related to Infrastructure Hardware

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.

  • Computer Hardware means any computer hardware, equipment and peripherals of any kind and of any platform, including desktop and laptop personal computers, handheld computerized devices, servers, mid-range and mainframe computers, process control and distributed control systems, and all network and other communications and telecommunications equipment.

  • Wireless infrastructure provider means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the state, that builds or installs transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider.

  • Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.
