Materials to be Supplied. (a) All materials supplied and to be supplied to the Investor by the Company are true, accurate and complete documents, including, but not limited to, the Certificate of Incorporation and By-laws of the Company, as amended to date, a list of stockholders of the Company (a current copy of which is attached hereto), and any and all other documents.

Materials to be Supplied. All the Materials to be supplied by the Contractor shall be brand new, first class quality, and shall comply strictly with the requirements of this Contract. Contractor shall maintain ample stocks of Materials in warehouse in Al-Khafji throughout the Service Period. At his cost and expense the Contractor shall submit to the Company a sample of all the Materials whenever so requested by Company.
