Infrastructure Charge definition

Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;
Infrastructure Charge means a charge levied for the purpose of recovering the construction, the maintenance, the operation and the development costs related to infrastructure incurred in a Member State;
Infrastructure Charge means the component of the toll which is levied in order to recover the costs incurred in respect of the construction, maintenance, operation and development of unit tolled sections;

  • If, in any case to which a Relevant Multiplier applies, there is any dispute between the Appointee and the person on whom any Infrastructure Charge has been levied about the calculation of the Relevant Multiplier, or the number or type of fittings on which that calculation is based, it may be referred by either party for determination by the Water Services Regulation Authority.

  • Further, Tenant shall pay to City when invoices, the Airport Communication Infrastructure Charge, as the same may be modified from time to time.

  • Any such network reinforcement will be part funded through the New Infrastructure Charge with the remainder funded through Southern Water’s Capital Works programme.


More Definitions of Infrastructure Charge

Infrastructure Charge means the sum specified in the Site Schedule and levied and adjusted in accordance with Clause 11;
Infrastructure Charge means a development charge levied as a condition of subdivision approval or at a building permit stage;
Infrastructure Charge means a charge levied through a toll for the purpose of recovering the costs incurred by a Member State related to infrastructure;
Infrastructure Charge means a water infrastructure charge or a waste water infrastructure charge.
Infrastructure Charge means a charge levied on a subdivider as a condition of subdivision approval within a charge area for the purpose of recovering capital costs associated with new or expanded infrastructure related to centralized water, sanitary and storm sewer systems, streets and intersections, traffic signs, signals and bus bays as well as other related or required infrastructure to service the charge area both on and off-site, along with any costs associated with land acquisition, surveying, studies or legal services.
Infrastructure Charge means the charge related to infrastructure used to provide SUMF Items which is a charge in lieu of depreciation and maintenance capital on existing SUMF assets, without prejudice to Article 13;
Infrastructure Charge means the charges described in section 146(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991. That is, a charge paid by the developer to the water company when a property is connected to the company’s water supply or sewer for the first time which contributes to wider network reinforcement to meet the increased demand arising from the new connections.
