Information Provider means any person (including a ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Affiliate) who provides software, information or the means of obtaining information on security prices, derivative prices, security characteristics data, market reference data derivative prices, foreign exchange, credit ratings, performance measurement or any other information obtained by ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in connection with the Services (including index return providers, security characteristics providers, and value-at-risk providers).

• Such written Rating Agency Confirmation request shall be provided in electronic format to the 17g-5 Information Provider, and the 17g-5 Information Provider shall post such request on the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website in accordance with Section 3.13(c).

• Within five (5) Business Days after request for copies of such reports by the Rating Agencies, the applicable Special Servicer or the applicable Master Servicer, as applicable, shall deliver or make available a copy (in electronic format) of each such report prepared by such Special Servicer and such Master Servicer, as applicable, to the 17g-5 Information Provider for posting to the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website for review by NRSROs (including Rating Agencies) that are Privileged Persons.

• The Certificate Administrator shall post such notice to the Certificate Administrator’s Website in accordance with Section 3.13(b) and provide notice of such event to each Master Servicer, each Special Servicer, the Depositor and the 17g-5 Information Provider, which shall promptly post such notice to the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website in accordance with Section 3.13(c).

• With respect to any modification or amendment of any Intercreditor Agreement related to a Serviced Whole Loan (to the extent received), the applicable Master Servicer or the applicable Special Servicer, as applicable, shall provide to the 17g-5 Information Provider a copy of any such modification or amendment, which the 17g-5 Information Provider shall promptly post on the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website in accordance with Section 3.13(c).

• The Certificate Administrator shall post such notice to the Certificate Administrator’s Website in accordance with Section 3.13(b) and shall provide notice of such event to each Master Servicer, each Special Servicer, the Depositor and the 17g-5 Information Provider, which shall post such notice to the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website in accordance with Section 3.13(c).

More Definitions of Information Provider

Information Provider means any organisation or person providing Information or with whom the Customer contracts in respect of the provision of Premium Rate Services;
