Transaction Information means any information with respect to the transactions set forth in any Transaction Document and any Transaction Document or related documentation, certificate, report or agreement itself, including but not limited to any information about the characteristics of the Affected Assets or the legal structure of the transfer of such assets, including, without limitation, information in connection with the SPV or the Affected Assets.

Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency in connection with such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Conduit Purchaser’s commercial paper notes or monitoring any such rating, including, without limitation, such information regarding the Seller, the Servicer, any Originator, the Parent, any of their respective Affiliates or the Receivables; provided, however, that, “Transaction Information” shall not include any information provided by the Parent or any of its Affiliates to any nationally recognized statistical rating organization (other than information solely related to the Receivables subject to this Agreement) in connection with such rating organization providing a rating or proposing to provide a rating to, or monitoring an existing rating of the Parent or any of its Affiliates or any debt securities of any of the foregoing.

Transaction Information means any data or information resulting from a Transaction. Transaction Information includes payment processing-related transactional information that may be collected or stored by Elavon, including the price paid for products or services, date, time, approval, unique transaction number, store identifier, and Customer bank information relating to a Transaction.

Transaction Information means any information provided to any nationally recognized statistical rating organization providing a rating or proposing to provide a rating to, or monitoring an existing rating of, the Conduit Lender’s commercial paper, in each case, to the extent related to providing or proposing to provide such rating or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with any GWG Party or the Collateral.

Transaction Information means the existence and terms of this Agreement, the fact that the Parties are considering the Proposed Transaction, and the contents and status of their discussions and negotiations in connection with the Proposed Transaction.

Transaction Information means all information regarding the terms of this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements (other than any such information disclosed in accordance with the requirements of Section 7.7).
