Premium Rate Services definition

Premium Rate Services means any services that are listed as Premium in our Price List.
Premium Rate Services means those services for which the caller pays a premium over and above the cost of conveying the call.
Premium Rate Services means a telephone service as prescribed by Section 120 of the Communications ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and regulated by ICSTIS and/or PhonepayPlus which offers information, advice, entertainment or other content, and/or products or services particulars of which will be set out in the Order. Portal: means the access portal supplied by the Supplier for use by the Customer to manage the routing of the calls to the Number.

Examples of Premium Rate Services in a sentence

  • Calls to Premium Rate Services, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, mobiles and to the ordinary geographic numbers of Internet Service Providers will be charged at the rates in the Price List.

More Definitions of Premium Rate Services

Premium Rate Services means premium rate services as defined in the Communications Regulation (Premium Rate Services and Electronic Communications Infrastructure) Act 2010;
Premium Rate Services means Controlled Premium Rate Services as defined in the Condition set out in the Schedule to the Notificaiton under sections 48(1) and 120(5) of the Communications Act 2003, published by the Director General of Telecommunications on 23 December 2003 (as amended from time to time);
Premium Rate Services means Services that provide recorded information or live conversation to Consumers and are charged at a higher rate than normal Tariff, under categories notified in Schedule - A to these Regulations;
Premium Rate Services means services provided in addition to communications services that are billed to the caller together with the communications service and that cannot be allocated to another number category;10
Premium Rate Services shall have the meaning set out in Section 120 (7) of the Communications act 2003 and for the avoidance of doubt shall also include Controlled Premium Rate Services.
