The Information Agent shall forward such summary to the Issuer’s Website in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 14.18(d) and the Collateral Administration Agreement.

None of the Trustee, the Collateral Manager, the Collateral Administrator and the Information Agent shall have obtained or shall be deemed to have obtained actual knowledge of any information solely due to receipt and posting to the Issuer’s Website.
