Ineligible Product definition

Ineligible Product means any mortgage product that is not an Approved Mortgage Product. Unless approved by Xxxxx in writing in advance on a case-by-case basis and subject to additional documentation, “Ineligible Product” shall also mean any Mortgage Loans with respect to which any Mortgagor thereunder is a shareholder, director, or officer of Seller or an Affiliate, or a Relative of any of the foregoing.

Examples of Ineligible Product in a sentence

  • Hawthorne Hydroponics shall have no warranty obligations with respect to a returned Product if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, after examination of the returned Product, that the Product is an Ineligible Product.

  • Clare Controls will have no warranty obligations with respect to a Product if it determines, in its reasonable discretion after examination of the Product, that the Product is an Ineligible Product (defined below).

More Definitions of Ineligible Product

Ineligible Product means any project or commercial purchases, ex display, seconds stock, scratch and dent stock or used stock.
Ineligible Product means any Product that (a) has become the subject of (i) an Order of Retention, Recall, Destruction, or Cessation of Manufacturing (excluding any such order to the extent relating to the recall of any Product); or (ii) a License Suspension or Revocation Letter which remains in full effect; or (b) otherwise is prohibited from distribution in interstate commerce or export pursuant to the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act or the PHSA.
Ineligible Product shall also mean any Mortgage Loans with respect to which any Mortgagor thereunder is a shareholder, director, officer, or employee of Seller or an Affiliate, or a Relative of any of the foregoing.
Ineligible Product means any of the following: (a) Opened CDs from ------------------ any of the following companies: (i) Platinum, (ii) RYKO, (iii) Sony Music Entertainment, (iv) Universal Music and Video Distributors ("UMVD"), (v) Warner, (vi) Elektra or (vii) Atlantic; (b) Opened audio cassettes from UMVD; (c) Opened Video Product; (d) Opened DVD Product; (e) Game Product; (f) accessories; (g) blank tape; (h) imports; (i) promos; (j) limited editions; (k) Product identified in audiofile as non-returnable; (l) Product not purchased from Valley; (m) Product sold on a one-way basis; (n) Product with a last customer return date (as defined in the periodic updates to audiofile provided to Retailer by Valley) prior to the date the returned Product is received by Valley; (o) Product without the original artwork or liner notes; (p) Schwann Guides; (q) defaced Product; (r) Product with damaged artwork or a foreign substance on the media; and (s) vinyl Product (including, without limitation, LPs and 12" singles). Newco may and may direct its E-Commerce Customers to return defective or damaged Product, or report lost Product, to Valley, and Valley will ship replacement Product to such customers, subject to the terms and conditions of this Exhibit. Ineligible Product means any Product manufactured, sold, developed, tested or marketed by any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries which (a) has been subject to a Removal; (b) has not been manufactured, imported, possessed, owned, warehoused, marketed, promoted, sold, labeled, furnished, distributed or marketed in accordance with all applicable Permits; (c) for which a Permit which has been revoked, suspended, rejected, withdrawn, or otherwise put under review by the DEA, FDA or any other Governmental Authority; or (d) was manufactured in a facility that was not properly licensed to manufacture such Product.

  • Eligible Product means, instead of the definition in FAR 25.003—

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound or the active pharmaceutical contained in a Unity Bcl-2 [***] Product, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • House dust mite product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature states that the product is suitable for use against house dust mites, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Biosimilar Product means, with respect to a Licensed Product in any country, any biosimilar product sold by a Third Party not authorized by or on behalf of Celgene, its Affiliates or Sublicensees, (a) that is a biosimilar biological product, as defined in 21 USC 379j-51 (or any successor or replacement thereof), a similar biological medicinal product, as defined in Annex I to Directive 2001/83/EC (or any successor or replacement thereof), or any similar biosimilar or generic product under the Laws of any country or jurisdiction, or (b) regarding which Regulatory Approval is obtained by referencing Regulatory Data of such Licensed Product.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • Combination Product means (a) a product containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients that have independent biologic or chemical activity when present alone that are sold as a single unit, or (b) a Licensed Product together with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components thereof, that are sold as a single package at a single price.

  • Eligible program means a program of education or training which:

  • Runtime Product means the version specific files and application program interfaces (APIs) specified in the RUNTIME.TXT file provided with SAP Crystal Reports 2008, SAP Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0, and SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.
