Eligible Products definition
Eligible Products means one of the following purchases of HP Printer SKU’s sold through a Participating Partner to an end user:
Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”). Eligible Products means products which may be purchased in whole or in part using SRV. These refer to admission tickets for tourist attractions or tours, overnight accommodation at licensed hotels, or packages which include at least 1 of these products.

Eligible Products means any of the JetBrains ‘Toolbox’ software products (as designated on the JetBrains Website).

Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell hardware, software product(s) and services related to respective Product Portfolio (each an “Eligible Product Portfolio”). Only Product Portfolio found on the Eligible Products List that Partner is authorized to resell and/or host, shall be eligible for the incentives described herein. Dell Technologies may modify the Eligible Products List or any Program or Incentives Program at any time and in its sole discretion and Dell Technologies reserves the right to exclude certain products from the Program at any time in its sole discretion.
Eligible Products means Heavy Fuel Oil and, in certain circumstances and subject to certain limitations set forth in Section 2.06 of the Master Export Contract, other oil products, including gasoline and crude oil. No Sale of such other oil products shall be deemed to be made to Specified Buyers until the Notice and Consent to which the relevant Specified Buyer is a party has been executed or amended to include such other oil products as Eligible Products thereunder in accordance with Section 2.02(d).

The following Smart Home products are eligible under this Agreement: Doorbells, Door Locks, Thermostat, Switches, Outlets, Security Cameras, Hubs/Home Controllers, Light Dimmers, Smoke Detectors, and CO detectors. The following Home Electronics products are covered under this Agreement: Televisions, Laptops, Tablets, Desktops w/ Printers, Routers, DVD/Blu-ray players, Gaming systems, Monitors and Peripherals/Wearables.
