Periodic Updates. The Regulatory Lead shall be exclusively responsible (with reasonable cooperation from the other Party as may be requested by the Regulatory Lead from time to time) for all post-approval updates to Regulatory Materials in its Regulatory Jurisdiction, such as annual updates, supplements and amendments and routine maintenance of the submissions of the Regulatory Materials that must be provided on the Product at periodic intervals to the Regulatory Authorities in its Regulatory Jurisdiction. In addition, the Regulatory Lead shall be the sponsor of all filings in its Regulatory Jurisdiction for Additional Indications, formulations and Alternate Delivery. Specific details regarding the management of Adverse Event information for the Product will be delineated in a separate document, to be agreed to by the Parties within ninety (90) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement. The pharmacovigilance and labeling representatives of each Party will work in good faith together to develop a document that identifies: (i) which safety information, if any, will be exchanged; (ii) when such information will be exchanged; (iii) which Party will have regulatory reporting responsibilities; (iv) which Party will manage the global safety data base; (v) which Party will be obligated to obtain follow-up information on incomplete safety reports; (vi) which Party will review the literature for safety report information; (vii) roles and responsibilities of the Parties related to review and approval of safety information for inclusion in the Product label in the Territory; (viii) which Party will prepare required periodic safety updates; and (ix) the identification of any other details required to appropriately manage safety information for the Product.
Periodic Updates. During the first week of every month (or more frequently at the request of Requisite Lenders, but not more frequently than once each week), at regularly scheduled times reasonably acceptable to Requisite Lenders (but in any event on at least two (2) Business Days’ notice from the Borrower), the Borrower shall hold an update call with the Chief Restructuring Officer, the chief financial officer of the Borrower and such other members of senior management of the Borrower as the Borrower deems appropriate and the Lenders and their respective representatives, advisors and independent contractors to discuss the state of the business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including but not limited to recent performance, cash and liquidity management, operational and restructuring activities, current business and market conditions and material performance changes.
Periodic Updates. The Employer agrees to promptly notify the Vendor if any of the Employer Information changes in such a way as to affect the Vendor’s records or any transaction being processed by the Vendor.

The Settlement Administrator shall provide periodic updates to Class Counsel and Defendant seven (7) business days after the commencement of the dissemination of the Class Notice or the Summary Settlement Notice and continuing on a monthly basis thereafter and shall provide such an update within seven (7) days before the Final Approval Hearing. The Settlement Administrator shall also provide such updates to Class Counsel or Defendant request, within a reasonable amount of time.
Periodic Updates. On a calendar quarterly basis, each Party will provide to the other Party written copies of all Project Innovations known to the first Party not previously disclosed to the other Party. Onyx will reimburse XOMA for the costs of XOMA representatives for such technology transfer work pursuant to Section 6.4(a). Onyx shall be entitled to maintain and use such documents within the scope of its license in Section 7.3(c) for itself, its Affiliates, or Third Parties.
Periodic Updates. No less frequently than once each CALENDAR QUARTER, AVENTIS shall update the ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE on AVENTIS' efforts to commercialize PRODUCT in the ROW. Without limiting the foregoing, AVENTIS shall provide the ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE with such written reports as its senior management committees receive regarding such commercialization efforts.
Periodic Updates. From time to time, as the Company and/or the Administrator may request, the Participant shall report as to the progress he or she is making towards satisfaction of the Performance Criteria set forth on Appendix I hereto (including, without limitation, an estimation of Participant’s then-current belief as to whether the Performance Criteria will be satisfied by the conclusion of the Performance Period).

Subject to the PRESTO governance model and as more fully described in Schedule D to the Master Agreement, pursuant to the Metrolinx release management plan for PRESTO NG, Metrolinx will, from time to time, deploy new releases of PRESTO NG to the SPs. Such new releases will be developed in accordance with Schedule 2.1(b) (RASCI for PRESTO System Development) and Schedule 2.1(c) (RASCI for Civil Works Requirements) to the Project Management Agreement (hereby incorporated by reference), and deployed to all SPs on a PRESTO NG wide basis and issues with respect to the deployment of same (including scheduling and functionality) will be addressed pursuant to the PRESTO Governance Schedule. Nothing herein shall relieve Metrolinx of the obligation to provide the Operational Services in accordance with this Operational Services Agreement, including implementation and deployment of PRESTO NG. The Parties will act reasonably to plan and coordinate planned service downtime/interruptions in accordance with TTC policies and TTC Business Requirements that are required to facilitate any PRESTO NG system updates, as part of the Operational Services.
Periodic Updates. On a periodic basis and on an ad-hoc basis, as frequently as the Parties reasonably determine would be helpful in BioNova’s decision regarding the License Option, but in any event no less frequently than [*], Sutro will disclose and provide updates to BioNova of the available clinical data from xxx XXXX-001 BCM1 Phase 1 Study (the “Periodic Updates”) and the Parties will discuss in good faith such updates and the progress of xxx XXXX-001 BCM1 Phase 1 Study.
