Original artwork. Artist warrants that any and all artwork provided by Artist for display in Initial Point Gallery shall be, and is, original work conceived and created by Artist.
Original artwork. Designer retains all right and title in and to any original artwork comprising Final Art, including all rights to display or sell such artwork. Client shall return all original artwork to Designer within 30 days of completion of the Services.

Original artwork. UFMedia retains all right and title in and to any original artwork comprising Final Artwork, including all rights to display or sell such artwork. The Client shall return all original artwork to UFMedia within thirty (30) days of completion of the Services.
Original artwork. 21. The original Artwork shall not be intentionally destroyed, altered, retouched, modified or changed in any way whatsoever without the written consent of the illustrator.

Applicant represents that the artwork, whether created by Applicant alone or in collaboration with others, is wholly original art and does not infringe upon or violate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade name, or other proprietary right of any person, organization, or entity. Assignment of Copyright: Applicant assigns to City all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the artwork.
