Indoor Residential Amenity Space definition

Indoor Residential Amenity Space means a multi-purpose room or contiguous multi-purpose rooms, at least one of which contains a kitchen and a washroom.
Indoor Residential Amenity Space means an enclosed common area or areas within the building, at least one of which contains a kitchen and a washroom, which are provided for the exclusive use of residents of a building on the lot for recreational or social purposes;

Indoor Residential Amenity Space means indoor space in a building that is communal and is provided for use by occupants of a building and their guests, on the Lands for recreational or social activities;

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.
