Hours in Paid Status means service with the District by an employee performed while that employee was in probationary or permanent status.
Hours in Paid Status. Hours in Paid Status" is defined to include all hours worked and time during which the employee is excused from work because of holidays, sick leave, vacation, compensatory time off, or other paid leave of absence. YARD DUTY/NOON TIME SUPERVISION: CSEA and the Xxxxxxxxx Unified School District agree that yard Duty and Noon Time Supervision will be determined by the Site Administrator based upon the needs of the particular school. Employees shall be assigned to supervision on a seniority basis providing their schedule is such that they can be assigned this duty. Assignments of Yard Duty and Noon Time Supervision shall be made on a year to year basis. Should the District not be able to fill these assignments with existing staff, they may then advertise for specific supervision assignments. Employees who had Yard Duty and/or Noon Time Supervision as of June 30, 1987, shall maintain those hours of employment and rate of pay. SUBSTITUTE: When possible, a substitute will be obtained the first day of absence for all classified bargaining unit employees. Current employees will be called first, when possible.
Hours in Paid Status shall not be interpreted to mean any service performed prior to entering into probationary or permanent status in the classified service of the District except where the affected unit employee was employed as a substitute in the assignment received upon entering into probationary status.

Hours in Paid Status means all hours in paid status, whether during the school year, a holiday, a recess, or any period that school is in session or closed, but does not include any hours compensated solely on an overtime basis, military leave, unpaid illness leave, or unpaid industrial injury leave. "Hours in Paid Status" shall not be interpreted to mean any service performed prior to entering into probationary or permanent status in the classified service of the District, except service in restricted positions.

  • Level III Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status or Level II Status and (ii) the Borrower's Xxxxx'x Rating is Baa2 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB or better.

  • Probationary status means the 12-month period following

  • Active status means (i) for employees, the absence of any interruption or termination of service as an employee, (ii) for Directors, that the Director has not been removed from the Board for cause (as determined by the Company’s shareholders), and (iii) for Consultants, the absence of any interruption, expiration, or termination of such person’s consulting or advisory relationship with the Company or any Subsidiary or the occurrence of any termination event as set forth in such person’s Award Agreement.
