Guarantor Agreement definition

Guarantor Agreement means the limited partnership agreement in respect of the Guarantor entered into on the Programme Date by and among the Managing GP, the Liquidation GP, the Bond Trustee and the Bank as Limited Partner and any other parties who accede thereto in accordance with its terms (as amended and/or restated and/or supplemented from time to time);
Guarantor Agreement. Each instrument and document executed by a Guarantor of the Liabilities to evidence or secure the Guarantor’s guaranty thereof.

  • If Resident does not meet the income requirements of Landlord, all of Resident’s financial obligations under this Lease Agreement shall be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by a qualifying Guarantor as evidenced by a properly executed Irrevocable Guarantor Agreement.

  • The Irrevocable Guarantor Agreement shall be incorporated into this Lease Agreement by reference therein.

  • Resident must either meet the income requirements of Landlord or provide a properly executed Irrevocable Guarantor Agreement.

Guarantor Agreement. The Limited Partnership Agreement dated as of July 19, 2013 made between, inter alia, Scotiabank Covered Bond GP INC., 8000000 Canada Inc. and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as the same may be supplemented, modified, restated or replaced from time to time.
