Guarantor of Payment definition

Guarantor of Payment means each of the Companies set forth on Schedule 2 hereof, that are each executing and delivering an Amended and Restated Guaranty of Payment, or any other Person that shall deliver a Guaranty of Payment to Agent subsequent to the Effective Date.
Guarantor of Payment means a Domestic Guarantor of Payment or Foreign Guarantor of Payment, or any other Person that shall deliver a Guaranty of Payment to Agent subsequent to the Closing Date.
Guarantor of Payment means any Subsidiary that executes and delivers a Guaranty of Payment on or after the Closing Date, or any other Person that shall deliver a Guaranty of Payment to the Agent or any Bank on or after the Closing Date.
