The Guaranteed Obligations of all Guarantors shall be secured by security interests (subject to Permitted Liens and Liens permitted by Section 4.11) in the Collateral owned by such Guarantor pursuant to the terms of the Security Documents (but subject to the terms and conditions of the Security Documents, the Senior Lien Intercreditor Agreement and the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement).
After the exercise of remedies (or after all Notes have automatically become immediately due and payable), any amounts received by the Trustee on account of the Obligations shall, subject to the Senior Lien Intercreditor Agreement and the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement, be applied by the Trustee in accordance with Section 4.02 of the Collateral Agreement.
