Examples of Guarantor Documents in a sentence
Each Lender may, without notice to or consent by each Guarantor, sell, assign, transfer or grant participations in all or any portion of such Lender’s rights and obligations hereunder and under the other Guarantor Documents in connection with any sale, assignment, transfer or grant of a participation by such Lender in accordance with (and subject to the restrictions in) Section 10.06 of the Credit Agreement of or in its rights and obligations thereunder and under the other Loan Documents.
This Guaranty together with the other Guarantor Documents embodies the entire agreement of each Guarantor with respect to the matters set forth herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings of such Persons, verbal or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof and shall not be amended except by written agreement in accordance with the Credit Agreement.
Except to the extent otherwise provided in the Credit Agreement, no Guarantor shall have the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations hereunder or under any other Guarantor Documents without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.
