Guarantor Documents means the Borrower’s Manager’s Limited Indemnity and Guarantee.

Guarantor Documents means, collectively, the Existing Guarantor Documents, as amended by this Ratification Agreement, in each instance, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

Guarantor Documents means any Guaranty and all other documents, agreements and instruments delivered to Agent and the Lenders by a Guarantor under or in connection with any Guaranty.

Guarantor Documents means the Limited Indemnity and Guarantee and, to the extent the Guarantor is obligated thereunder, the Environmental Indemnity.
