Gross Pledged Revenues definition

Gross Pledged Revenues means all rates, fees, charges and revenues derived directly or indirectly by the City from the operation and use of and otherwise pertaining to the System, or any part thereof, whether resulting from Capital Improvements or otherwise, and includes all rates, fees, charges and revenues received by the City from the System, including without limitation:
Gross Pledged Revenues means all income and revenues derived directly or indirectly by the Issuer from the operation and use of the Facilities, or any part thereof, and includes all revenues received by the Issuer from the Facilities, including, without limitation, all rentals, fees, rates and other charges for the use of the Facilities, or for any service rendered by the Issuer in the operation thereof, and, subject to any existing pledges or other contractual limitations, such defined term includes all income and other moneys derived from one, all or any combination of the following revenue sources, including, without limitation, student fees and other fees, rates and charges pertaining thereto or for any service rendered by the Issuer in the operation thereof:
Gross Pledged Revenues means all income and revenues derived directly or indirectly by the City from the Fuel Taxes, or any part thereof, and may include excise taxes pertaining to motor vehicle fuel hereafter specifically authorized by statute and by the Governing Body to be pledged to the Bonds, or otherwise, and includes all revenues received for use by the City or any political corporation succeeding to the rights of the City from the Fuel Taxes, but:

  • All sums, if any, due and owing to meet then existing deficiencies pertaining to any fund or account relating to the Gross Pledged Revenues or any securities payable therefrom.

Gross Pledged Revenues or "gross income" means all income and revenues derived directly or indirectly by the County from the Fuel Taxes, or any part thereof, whether resulting from excise taxes pertaining to motor vehicle fuel hereafter authorized to be pledged by the Board to the 2018 Bonds, or otherwise, and includes all revenues received for use by the County or any political corporation succeeding to the rights of the County from the Fuel Taxes, but:
Gross Pledged Revenues means all fees (including but not limited to user fees and plant investment fees), charges and revenues directly or indirectly derived by the District for the services furnished by, or use of, the System, or any part thereof, including all income attributable to any future dispositions of property or rights related contracts, settlements, or judgments held or obtained in connection with the System or its operations; provided however, that there shall be excluded from Gross Revenue (a) moneys borrowed and used for providing Capital Improvements, (b) any money and securities, and investment income therefrom, in any refunding fund, escrow account, or similar account pledged to the payment of any bonds or other obligations for the purpose of defeasing the same, and (c) any moneys received as grants or appropriations from the United States, the State of Colorado, or other sources, the use of which is limited or restricted by the grantor or donor to the provision of Capital Improvements or for other purposes resulting in the general unavailability thereof, except to the extent any such moneys shall be received as payments for the use of the System, services rendered thereby, the availability of any such service, or the disposal of any commodities therefrom.

Gross Operating Revenues shall be reduced by credits or refunds to guests at such Hotel Property.

  • Consolidated Revenue means for any period the total revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries, determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Gross Income from Operations means all sustainable income as reported on the financial statements delivered by the Borrower in accordance with this Agreement, computed in accordance with accounting principles reasonably acceptable to Lender, consistently applied, derived from the ownership and operation of the Property from whatever source, INCLUDING, but not limited to, (i) Rents from Tenants that are in occupancy, open for business and paying unabated Rent, (ii) utility charges, (iii) escalations, (iv) intentionally omitted; (v) service fees or charges, (vi) license fees, (vii) parking fees, and (viii) other required pass-throughs but EXCLUDING (i) Rents from Tenants that are subject to any bankruptcy proceeding (unless such Tenant has affirmed its Lease or Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc. has master leased such Tenant's premises for full contract rent for a period not less than three years, and the net worth of Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc. (as determined by Lender) is not less than such entity's net worth as of September 30, 2003), or are not in occupancy, open for business or paying unabated Rent, (ii) sales, use and occupancy or other taxes on receipts required to be accounted for by Borrower to any Governmental Authority, (iii) refunds and uncollectible accounts, (iv) sales of furniture, fixtures and equipment, (v) Insurance Proceeds (other than business interruption or other loss of income insurance), (vi) Awards, (vii) unforfeited security deposits, (viii) utility and other similar deposits and (ix) any disbursements to Borrower from the Reserve Funds. Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Mortgage or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Net Operating Cash Flow means the net cash flow to the Partnership resulting from ownership and operation of the Partnership Property, plus any other items of income received in cash by the Partnership less (i) all debts and expenses paid in the operation of the Partnership, (ii) any reserves which the General Partners deem reasonably necessary for the operation of the Partnership or for the satisfaction of obligations of the Partnership pursuant to Section 8.6, and (iii) all proceeds which are (A) received by the Partnership from the Transfer of Partnership Property, and (B) used to purchase or reserved, as determined by the General Partners in furtherance of their fiduciary duties hereunder and under the Act, for the purchase of other Partnership Property.

  • Gross Rooms Revenue means all revenues derived from the sale or rental of Guest Rooms (both transient and permanent) of the Hotel, including revenue derived from the redemption of points or rewards under the loyalty programs in which the Hotel participates, amounts attributable to breakfast (where the guest room rate includes breakfast), Mandatory Guest Fees, late cancellation fees, and guaranteed no- show revenue and credit transactions, whether or not collected, at the actual rates charged, less allowances for any Guest Room rebates and overcharges, and will not include taxes collected directly from patrons or guests. Group booking rebates, if any, paid by you or on your behalf to third-party groups for group stays must be included in, and not deducted from, the calculation of Gross Rooms Revenue.

  • Local school operating revenue means school operating taxes levied under section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211. For a receiving district, if school operating taxes are to be levied on behalf of a dissolved district that has been attached in whole or in part to the receiving district to satisfy debt obligations of the dissolved district under section 12 of the revised school code, MCL 380.12, local school operating revenue does not include school operating taxes levied within the geographic area of the dissolved district.

  • Liquid Assets mean Borrower's cash on hand plus Borrower's readily marketable securities.
