Electric Utility System definition

Electric Utility System means all generation, transmission and distribution facilities owned or used by the City in connection with its delivery of electric energy to the City’s electric utility customers.
Electric Utility System means the electric system owned and operated by an electric utility company, including any non-utility owned facilities that are interconnected to the system, consisting of power plants, transmission and distribution lines, and related equipment for the production and delivery of electric power to the public.
Electric Utility System or "System" - shall mean an electric power system installed and operated in the City in compliance with applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC), and their successors, which shall include, but not be limited to, the generation, transmission and distribution facilities, equipment and administrative services necessary to provide electric service for any use in the City, and such extensions, additions or reductions as may hereafter be made.
