Global Access Strategy definition

Global Access Strategy means a written document, subject to the approval of the Foundation, detailing Anacor’s plans to develop and/or commercialize a New Library Compound, a Project Compound or a Back-Up Compound in furtherance of the Foundation’s Charitable Purpose, consistent with Global Access. The Global Access Strategy will include the components set forth in Exhibit I.
Global Access Strategy means the global access strategy in respect of the A-WOL Project detailed in the A-WOL Consortium Agreement;
Global Access Strategy means the strategy for achieving the Charitable Objectives agreed between the parties as set out in Schedule 3;

  • In the event You demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Foundation that Global Access can best be achieved without such a license (or a license of different scope), such as by the provision of a Global Access Strategy satisfactory to the Foundation, the Foundation and You will make good faith efforts to modify or terminate this license, as appropriate.
