Strategy means the Department of Education International Risk Management Strategy for Homestays and Short Term Cultural Exchanges developed and implemented under section 171 of the Working With Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 as in force at any given time.
spatial development framework means the City of Mbombela Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;
Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:
Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
Supply Chain means the individuals and organisations who will be responsible for any of the design and/or construction of the Works as set out in the Schedule of Supply Chain Members;
site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;
