Project Compound definition

Project Compound means, with respect to a Project, a Compound that is derived from a Qualified Hit and newly synthesized in the course of such Project.
Project Compound means any compound in respect of which activities are undertaken by the Company in the course of the SDD Project and/or the Project, and shall include the chemical compound as well as all esters, salts, hydrates, solvates, polymorphs and isomers thereof, and shall include compositions comprising such compound, or esters, salts, hydrates, solvates, polymorphs, isomers and enantiomers;
Project Compound means [***] which is conceived, reduced to practice and/or developed by or on behalf of [***], as well as any fragments or derivatives thereof.

Project Compound means a Compound that has received approval as a pre-clinical development candidate pursuant to the then applicable internal policies and procedures of SB.

Project Compound shall exclude any chemical substance identified by Lilly as having therapeutic application or any other utility by a method other than evaluation using a Cell Line, and not further developed using a Cell Line. Project Compound shall additionally exclude any chemical entity which Lilly receives from a third party who has identified the substance as potentially useful prior to submission to Lilly, and not further developed using a Cell Line. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Further Extension Agreement, SIBIA and Lilly shall retain all of their respective rights and obligations pursuant to Article VI of the Prior Agreement with respect to Products and Project Compounds as defined under the Prior Agreement; provided that the [*] period following expiration or termination in the definition of "Project Compound" under the Prior Agreement shall begin as of November 1, 1996. ***Restate Section 1.12. to read as follows:
